Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral found in many building materials.  When it is necessary to remove asbestos containing building materials, special care and regulations must be met to ensure the safety of the workers, the home/business owner, and the general public.

Asbestos Inspections include the collection and identification of possible asbestos containing materials.   Our technicians are specially trained and licensed to collect samples and send them to an accredited lab for analysis.  We provide a detailed report outlining what material is positive, where it is located, and the approximate amount of material.  We are also happy to refer our clients to abatement contractors for removal who we have worked with and trust.

Air Monitoring is commonly used to verify that asbestos fibers are not released into the environment or other areas during removal of asbestos containing material.  A final clearance is performed inside the area where removal is performed to ensure that it is safe to re-occupy.  Our licensed air monitors have experience with large and small residential jobs, schools, commercial buildings, government buildings, and military buildings.
